I believe fitness should be accessible to people of all ages and abilities. My goal is to remove the roadblocks to exercise, and help all of my clients feel empowered in their progress.

With my diverse background in dance, Pilates, yoga, fitness, and wellness, I bring a holistic approach to each individual's needs and goals. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine), and I also hold certifications in The Ellové Technique® and CPR-AED. I am a member of the National Association for Dance Medicine and Science and a specialist with Doctors for Dancers.

There are multiple benefits to resistance training, including bone density improvement, injury prevention, weight loss, and muscle development. My strength training programs utilize small and large equipment, depending on the facility we're in.
I specialize in balance and stability training, where we see significant improvement in functional movement, reduction in pain, and postural correction.
My cardio workouts are based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and can be built into individual training sessions along with strength, balance, and flexibility training.
As a lifelong dancer and certified Ellové Technique® instructor, I take care to use only safe stretching techniques that protect the joints and ligaments while improving flexibility.
